{"id":409676,"date":"2026-06-04T09:08:36","date_gmt":"2026-06-04T09:08:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/6gnx6dd.cc\/?p=409676"},"modified":"2026-06-04T09:08:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-04T09:08:36","slug":"cassie-ventura-moves-out-of-the-u-s-after-testifying-in-diddys-trial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/6gnx6dd.cc\/index.php\/2026\/06\/04\/cassie-ventura-moves-out-of-the-u-s-after-testifying-in-diddys-trial\/","title":{"rendered":"Cassie Ventura Moves Out of the U.S. After Testifying in Diddy\u2019s Trial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cassie Ventura confirmed she\u2019s built a life with husband Alex Fine and their three children outside the United States in the aftermath of Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 trial and conviction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cassie Ventura<\/strong>\u00a0has moved on to greener pastures\u2014literally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the 39-year-old\u2019s ongoing legal happenings with former sex worker\u00a0<strong>Clayton Howard<\/strong>\u2014who filed a lawsuit in 2025 against her and\u00a0<strong>Sean<\/strong>\u00a0\u201c<strong>Diddy<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0<strong>Combs<\/strong>\u00a0related to the past\u00a0\u201cFreak Offs\u201d he participated in\u00a0with Ventura at Combs\u2019 behest\u2014she revealed she no longer lives stateside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of a legal document\u2014obtained by E! News June 3 and filed in May\u2014aiming to either have the lawsuit dismissed or the venue changed, Ventura noted that while she is a citizen of the United States, she is \u201cnot a resident of the State of California.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI reside outside of the United States,\u201d the singer continued in the document. \u201cI do not intend to move back to the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because of this, Ventura noted, \u201cIf this case were to proceed, it would be significantly more convenient&nbsp;for purposes of participation in the case to travel to New York, where my lawyers are,&nbsp;than to California, where no parties to this action reside.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E! News has reached out to Ventura\u2019s rep for comment but has not yet heard back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a motion to dismiss Howard\u2019s lawsuit filed by Ventura\u2019s legal team on May 1, and obtained by E!
